The IEEE ComSoc Conference Travel Grant (CTG) aims to provide partial financial support for participation in IEEE ANTS 2023, Jaipur, India, during December 2023.
The requirements for eligibility for the CTG are:
- Must be a ComSoc member
- A conference participant
- Unable to obtain substantial sponsorships from his/her institution or other sources and forced to cover most of all the associated expenses with own funds
Priority will be given to:
- Authors of papers at the conference
- Presenters of accepted papers at the conference
- Those residing in a country with a low Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita
HOW TO APPLY An application for a Conference Travel Grant should be submitted through EDAS. Select the “ANTS 2023 Conference Travel Grant” to submit the application. The application must include the following materials in a single PDF file: - A statement that includes the reason for the trip and an estimate of the travel costs, attests that the applicant has not obtained any other funding for the trip, and explains the applicant’s financial need for the grant - Short CV (1-page) - Country of residence and country of birth. - ComSoc member number. - Accepted paper title and number (if any).
