IEEE ANTS 2023 - Message from TPC Chairs

On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 17th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Networks and Telecommunications Systems (ANTS 2023) hosted by Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) in the wonderful city of Jaipur, India. With the theme "Ubiquitous networking for seamless connectivity", IEEE ANTS 2023 brings together the practitioners and researchers from academia and industry for technical presentations, panel discussions, workshops and tutorials presenting the latest advances in networks and telecommunication systems. Over the years, IEEE ANTS has grown into a major conference in the area of networking and telecommunication domain.

This year a total of 216 regular (long) paper and 33 short paper submissions were reviewed from 26 countries, out of which a total of 89 (82 regular and 7 short) papers were accepted after a rigorous peer review process corresponding to an acceptance rate of 37.96% for the long papers and 21.21% for the short papers.

A total of 245 experts (TPC members from Academia and Industry) contributed to a double-blind review process. All papers submitted to IEEE ANTS 2023 underwent a rigorous peer review process, comprising at least three reviews by the experts. These accepted papers have been authored by researchers from 22 countries.

A 3-day technical program of IEEE ANTS 2023 spread across a total of 22 technical sessions with up to 5 parallel tracks. The conference is also complemented by 4 distinguished keynote speakers, 6 panel discussions, 6 half-day tutorials, 7 Workshops, a demo session, a day long Women-in-Engineering presentations and Early Research Forum poster presentations.

We take this opportunity to express our warmest thanks to the General Co-Chairs, Tutorial, Workshop, Early Research Forum, Demo, Publicity, WiE, Publication Chairs and all the members of the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers for their dedication, efforts and timely reviews. Without their timely efforts, this conference would not have been possible. We would also like to thank all the authors who submitted their work to IEEE ANTS 2023.
